Prayer requests and personal information shared with Covered are treated with discretion and handled with care. Information submitted through this website is intended for the purpose of receiving, coordinating and responding to prayer requests or enquiries and will not be publicly displayed without appropriate permission.
Testimonies are treated separately. No testimony will be published without the submitter's consent, and individuals may choose to have their testimony published anonymously or under an abbreviated name.
Email and phone are required for prayer requests, testimonies and enquiries to maintain confidential care records and distinguish submissions. Withholding your name does not make a submission anonymous: contact details may identify you to our team. Prayer only means no conversation is requested.
By submitting, you agree to receive service emails about your submission, including receipt confirmation, prayer-request status updates and personal messages from our team. Prayer only means no conversation or follow-up call is requested; it does not stop these emails. These are service communications, not newsletters or promotional messages.
We use basic website statistics to understand visits and page views. A temporary browsing-session reference is kept in your browser tab. We do not send names, contact details, prayer text, full referrer addresses or URL query parameters to the statistics system. Admin pages and signed-in visits are excluded. Detailed daily statistics are kept for 90 days and overall totals are retained. We honour supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
For prayer requests, identifying details will be deleted or removed 12 months after completion or archiving. Contact support@getcovered.online to request removal or ask about your information.
While we take reasonable steps to protect information submitted to us, no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information in your submission.
